Cancellation & No Show Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours (preferably 48 hours) in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.

Emergencies do happen and I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.). Please contact me as soon as possible as exceptions to the above policies will be considered on an individual basis.

Missed appointment fees are your responsibility and can not be billed to your extended health. Upon payment you will be provided with a receipt stating the missed appointment status.
